Elis Kauppi (1921-2004) was a finnish jewelry designer. Elis Kauppi is a pioneer of modern Finnish jewelery design. 1945 he started his own studio, Kupittaan Kulta, in Turku. It was the only finnish company that presented itself at Frankfurt trade fair in 1960.
He was characterized by the use of natural stones, such as precious stones and granite, with a reduced design.
